Objectives for this week:
ENGLISH:
· Identify sounds: ea, ee, i, e and magic e
· Identify different parts of a letter
· Order parts of a letter and suggest what role they have
SCIENCE:
· Identify and name different parts of the plant
· Understand why plants need different things to grow
· Know that we eat different parts of plants
MATHS:
· Explain what a frequency table is
· Show information using tables and bar graphs
· Show information using pictograms and bar graphs
· Place objects in a diagram
IPC:
Entry Point Footprints from the Past:
Field trip to San Diego this Friday November 9th. Children should wear their
P.E. uniform, school's cap, trainers or crocs. They should bring enough food
and water in their lunch boxes! Feel free to apply enough sun screen lotion
before coming to school. Exciting pictures coming soon!
BAKE SALE:
Next Friday 16th we will be having a
Bake Sale during break and lunch times. Children may bring the money to buy
from the menu no later than Wednesday 14th November.
GUY FAWKS:
This coming Friday November 9th we
will be celebrating Bonfire Night at 5:00 here in school. It is a
great opportunity to share with your children and have a wonderful
time!
