Dear All,
As a Grade 4 team we were delighted to receive your children this week. We spent time getting to know them, setting up classroom rules and routines etc. and learning all about the BRAIN.
We would be delighted if you could talk to your children about the importance of speaking in English during all lessons with the Form Teacher. We know it was the first couple of days back after the holidays, but too much Spanish was heard.
On another note, could you ensure that all of your children have the corect equipment for lessons, as stated in the equipment lists. Many children did not have hats for their PE lesson this week. They must ensure that they do next week. They have PE on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
Next week, we will start Cal 1 Week 1 and will get started with the Grade 4 Curriculum.
We hope that your children have a lovely rest this weekend, and come back fresh, willing to learn many new and exciting things. Remember that LEARNING IS THE STAR OF THE SHOW.
